I had an amazing experience with Elena. As someone who is very careful about procedures and what I put in/on my face, I couldn’t be happier! She made me feel very comfortable and made sure to explain the color selection, shaping, and recovery expectations thoroughly. My brows and lips are healing great. I followed the after care instructions to make sure I get the best results. The scabbing has been barely noticeable – my lips peeled in the first 3-4 days and my brows took a little longer but only lasted a few days as well. I’m so excited to see the final results in a few weeks!!
Elena is as sweet and patient as she is beautiful. She is a perfectionist who will go out of her way for her clients. Today she told me that one time she spent three hours of an eyebrow appointment, outlining the eyebrows for the customer because the customer didn’t know exactly what they wanted. So, she had to re-draw them many times before even beginning the ink. (I think I would’ve tattooed my middle finger on the woman’s forhead after that) …but joking aside…she was every bit as patient with me today, coloring eyebrows and lips. It took her almost 6 hours. She listens, and she has a very artistic eye. Today is my first day doing this but I can’t wait to see results in a week after the color sinks in a little bit. Thanks Elena!

Elena is AMAZING and so extremely sweet. She sees to it that your brows are exactly how you want, if you have anything you want to fix, she hands you the pencil and let’s you add or fix whatever you feel necessary.
