Cancellation Policy

None Refundable deposit of $50 must be paid to hold a day and time slot.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

The $50 goes towards the total cost of your procedure and is taken off on the final appointment. If in the case you cancel your appointment, do not show up to your appointment time the deposit will be lost.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and are happy to reschedule your appointment for you. To keep your deposit, you must let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit. We will need a new deposit in order to reschedule you.
